reflections emergence, re-organization on the level of thought, working the mind:
important thing to do for people who tend to think a lot, when the mind tends to work like an engine turning in the void lacking the fuel of life, when thoughts are being lethal, for very understandable reasons that may need to be elucidate. With a clearest mind, hopefully, we will think less and live more, play more, dance more, sing more, as there will be a solid ground to welcome what might be called poetry (images, windows, breathe, joy) and might have been cruelly missing.

where do those mechanisms come from?
the vital need for love, how its lack is lethal, recognizing the need for love is the first step to reparation, how it appears to be the most revolutionary perspective of our times. defining love as a need.
sensitivity, vulnerability: weakness or power
being connected to the different parts of ourselves, the different voices without identifying ourselves to them (one or several, which could lead to schizophrenia).
